That's really pretty subjective... the best build for me may not be the best build for you.

What are you looking to accomplish with your build??? Do you want to be a primary AoE damage dealer, or a single target spike dmg character??? Do you want to hex and focus on DoT's??? Do you want to be in more of a support role??? Do you want to focus more on your mesmer abilities of interrupting and shutting down targets???

There's really a LOT you can do with a build like this, and with the sheer amount of options open to you, the possiblities are near limitless.

In GW, there really is not a "best" build. Every build has a counter, and each build is effective in certain circumstances, and sucks in others. It really depends on what you're looking for.
